"Extension icon is gray / not working"
- Make sure you're not in incognito mode (UNIHODL does not run there)
- Try reloading the extension:
chrome://extensions→ UNIHODL → reload - Check for conflicts with other tab managers (OneTab, Workona, Session Buddy)
"HODL did not save"
- You may have hit the 25/mo free limit. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
- Check that the page is not a
chrome://orfile://URL — these are restricted by the browser.
"Restore opened wrong tabs"
- The site may have changed its URL structure since you saved. Try the root domain.
- Some SPAs (Single Page Apps) use hash routing that we cannot always reconstruct.
"Sync is not working"
- Verify your email first. Unverified accounts cannot sync.
- Check that you're on the latest extension version.
"AI tags are wrong"
- On-device AI is a best-effort guess. It improves as you use the product.
- Pro users can edit tags manually.
