Canceling or Refunding

Canceling Pro

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.

Canceling Lifetime

Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing. Nothing to cancel.

Refunds

• Pro monthly: Full refund within 7 days, no questions. Contact support@unihodl.app or use the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Pro yearly: Prorated refund within 30 days.
• Lifetime: Refund within 60 days via AppSumo (if purchased there) or contact support@unihodl.app (if purchased direct).

Refund timeline

Stripe refunds hit your account in 5–10 business days.

Account deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes all HODLs and billing history. This is irreversible.
